- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two sheet pans with parchment paper.
- Spread the fish burgers on one sheet pan and bake according to package instructions (15-20 minutes) until crispy.
- While the fish bakes, mix mayonnaise, sweet relish, lemon juice, and dried dill in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator.
- On the second sheet pan, lay out slider buns and brush tops with melted butter. Bake for 2-3 minutes until warm.
- Allow buns to cool slightly and slice each in half.
- Assemble sliders with a slice of cheese, a fish patty, and a dollop of tartar sauce.
- Place the bun tops on and serve. Optionally, slice into manageable pieces for easier serving.
