  • 4 pieces Breaded Fish Burgers or Fish Filets
For the Sliders
  • 4 pieces Slider Buns or Dinner Rolls
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 4 slices American Cheese or Cheddar Cheese
For the Tartar Sauce
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt as a healthier alternative
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Relish or Dill Pickles
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two sheet pans with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the fish burgers on one sheet pan and bake according to package instructions (15-20 minutes) until crispy.
  3. While the fish bakes, mix mayonnaise, sweet relish, lemon juice, and dried dill in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator.
  4. On the second sheet pan, lay out slider buns and brush tops with melted butter. Bake for 2-3 minutes until warm.
  5. Allow buns to cool slightly and slice each in half.
  6. Assemble sliders with a slice of cheese, a fish patty, and a dollop of tartar sauce.
  7. Place the bun tops on and serve. Optionally, slice into manageable pieces for easier serving.
