Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, chopped crab, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth.
  2. Flatten the biscuit dough into a round shape. Place about a tablespoon of the crab mixture in the center and seal the edges tightly.
  3. Heat enough oil in a deep pan to submerge the bombs and heat to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry the bombs in small batches for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
