Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings, ensuring each wing is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  6. Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Optionally, baste the wings with remaining marinade during the last 5 to 10 minutes.
  9. Optionally, broil for the last 3 to 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
  10. Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
