Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips are a crunchy and delicious snack made with cottage cheese and cheddar cheese, seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the tops of the chips for added crispiness.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  6. Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
