- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.
- Cut fresh salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Place salmon bites in a single layer in air fryer. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce. Serve immediately.
