Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your broiler on low. Slice a fresh French baguette into ½-inch pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Broil the baguette slices for 3-5 minutes, flipping halfway to achieve an even toast.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced shrimp, onion, and celery. Sauté for about 1 minute until shrimp turns opaque.
  4. Stir in garlic, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper, sautéing for another minute until garlic is fragrant.
  5. Lower heat and fold in cream cheese, Parmesan, and Fontina until melted and blended.
  6. Spoon the creamy shrimp mixture over toasted slices, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
  7. Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for about 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.
