Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Wash and dry a head of cauliflower, then cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs. Place panko bread crumbs in a separate dish.
  4. Dip each cauliflower piece into the eggs, then coat thoroughly with panko bread crumbs.
  5. Arrange the breaded cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook at 400°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. In a saucepan, combine hoisin sauce, honey (or maple syrup), soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Heat until fragrant.
  7. Prepare a cornstarch slurry by mixing cornstarch with cold water. Add it to the sauce and cook until thickened for about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Remove wings from the air fryer and toss immediately in the thickened BBQ sauce. Serve hot.
