Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the zucchini is evenly coated.
  3. If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and toss again to combine.
  4. Place the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the zucchini chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
