  • 1 cup refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce for dipping optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tortellini, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the tortellini are evenly coated.
  3. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl and toss again to coat the tortellini.
  4. Place the seasoned tortellini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Cook the tortellini in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the tortellini from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
