  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes With juice.

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with half-and-half for a lighter twist.
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian Herbs Mix with fresh herbs if preferred.
  • 2 cups Spinach Can swap for kale or Swiss chard.

Method
 

Meatball Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef or Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until a sticky mixture forms. Let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Forming Meatballs
  1. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sautéing Vegetables
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, carrots, and celery, sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Adding Liquid
