Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the pan by lining an 8x8 inch pan with foil or parchment paper and light coating it with cooking spray.
  2. In a double boiler, melt the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and hot chocolate mix over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the mini marshmallows until they begin to soften and blend into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and stir well to incorporate.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and press any remaining marshmallows into the top.
