  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Asiago can be used
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese provolone can be used
For the Crab Element
  • 8 oz White Crab Meat quality canned or imitation crab
For Flavor and Spice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives substitute with green onions if preferred
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder can use fresh minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes adjust to spice preference

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in ¾ cup of mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup of parmesan cheese, crab meat, garlic powder, and chives.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, garnish with fresh chives, and serve warm with dippers.
