Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken Manicotti Alfredo
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the manicotti shells in salted boiling water until al dente (6-8 minutes). Drain and cool.
  3. In a skillet, heat the diced cooked chicken with salt and pepper for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Combine cooked chicken with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  5. Fill each manicotti shell with the chicken and cheese mixture, then place in a greased baking dish.
  6. In a saucepan, melt butter, add garlic, then whisk in cream; simmer and add Parmesan to thicken.
  7. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce in the baking dish, place filled shells, and pour the remaining sauce on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
