Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  3. Roast the cauliflower for 15 to 20 minutes until tender and lightly browned.
  4. In a pot over low heat, combine heavy whipping cream and cream cheese, whisking until melted and smooth.
  5. Gradually add the shredded cheddar, Gruyere, and Monterey Jack cheeses, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and optional spices into the cheese sauce.
  7. Fold the roasted cauliflower into the cheese sauce until well-coated.
