Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies canned
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently until the cheeses are melted and the dip is heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Once heated, remove from the heat and stir in the chopped cilantro, if using.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
