  3. Add oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the wet mixture. Stir until fully incorporated, forming a thick batter.
  4. Fold in your choice of chocolate chips or other mix-ins evenly into the batter.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop out portions of the batter, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
