- Add diced red bell pepper, chopped spinach, chopped green onions, and cheddar cheese, stirring gently.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing thoroughly.
- If using, stir in the cooked turkey bacon.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then slice into 9 equal bars.
