- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs, blending until smooth.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, and any optional herbs, vegetables, or cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the greased muffin tins, filling each cup almost to the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until puffed up and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.
