Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes until pink, then stir in crab meat and frozen vegetables for another minute.
 - Sprinkle 1/4 cup of flour over the seafood mixture, stirring constantly, and cook for another minute. Slowly add 1 cup of seafood stock and 1/2 cup of heavy cream, stirring until it simmers and thickens, about 5 minutes.
 - Remove from heat and season filling with 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme, plus salt and pepper to taste.
 - Pour the filling into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
 - In a bowl, combine 2 cups of biscuit mix, 1 cup cheese, and 3/4 cup milk. Mix until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
 - Dollop the biscuit dough over the filling, leaving gaps for the biscuits to rise.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
 - Let the pot pie cool for about 15 minutes.
 - Serve warm and enjoy!
