Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat work surface, slice off crusts from the white sandwich bread, and flatten each slice with a rolling pin to about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Spread the filling evenly over each flattened slice, leaving edges bare.
- Roll each slice tightly from one end to the other, pinching and sealing edges to contain the filling.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. This mixture will coat the roll-ups.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add butter, dip each roll-up briefly in egg mixture, and place seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked roll-ups to a serving plate, serve warm with powdered sugar, maple syrup, or whipped cream.
- If there are leftovers, let them cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat as needed.

Notes
Fresh white sandwich bread is best for rolling. Avoid oversoaking the roll-ups in the egg mixture for optimal texture.
