Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice like honey, maple syrup, or stevia

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add the almond milk while whisking until smooth and creamy.

  4. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sweetener if needed.
  6. Once mixed, transfer the protein fluff to a serving bowl or individual cups.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and the texture to firm up.
