- Step 1: Pour half of the marinara sauce into the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well-beaten. Add the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced onion, parsley or basil, garlic, kosher salt, oregano, and black pepper.
- Step 3: Carefully fold in the ground chicken until evenly mixed.
- Step 4: Shape the meat mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
- Step 5: Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are fully covered.
