  1. Step 1: Pour half of the marinara sauce into the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well-beaten. Add the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced onion, parsley or basil, garlic, kosher salt, oregano, and black pepper.
  3. Step 3: Carefully fold in the ground chicken until evenly mixed.
  4. Step 4: Shape the meat mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  5. Step 5: Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are fully covered.
  6. Step 6: Cover and slow cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
