Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper for seasoning. Add in shredded mozzarella, cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and chopped fresh parsley. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are creamy and well-combined, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Lay out your flour tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Spoon an equal portion of the cheesy chicken filling into the center of each tortilla, being careful not to overfill to avoid spills. If desired, add optional vegetables like baby spinach or sliced tomatoes for extra flavor. Fold the sides inward and then roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom to ensure the filling is well-contained.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic for enhanced flavor. Using a brush, generously coat the outside of each wrap with this garlic butter mixture.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes and place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Toast each wrap for about 2–3 minutes per side, or until they turn golden brown and the cheese inside begins to melt visibly.
  5. Once toasted, remove the wraps from the skillet and allow them to cool for a minute before slicing them in half. Serve warm, ideally alongside a dipping sauce like ranch or garlic aioli.
