In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet. Use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into strips.
In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, oregano, and basil. Brush the melted butter over the dough and sprinkle the herb mixture evenly on top.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the dough strips.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
