Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, biscuit mix, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
