Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-high pan, heat a splash of olive oil and sauté the shrimp and langostino for 2-3 minutes, seasoning them with salt and pepper until they are just opaque.
  2. Using the same pan, add more olive oil if necessary and toss in the diced onions, bell peppers, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables become tender.
  3. To the softened veggies, add 2 tablespoons of butter and allow it to melt. Sprinkle in flour and stir until well absorbed. Gradually pour in chicken broth, stirring until the mixture thickens.
  4. Return the seared seafood to the vegetable and gravy mixture, folding it gently to ensure even distribution.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix with milk and shredded cheddar cheese to form a soft dough.
  6. Preheat your oven to 425°F (190°C). Spoon the seafood filling into ramekins, top with biscuit dough, and bake for 14-16 minutes.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic herb seasoning and brush over the warm biscuit topping before serving.
