Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Pat your chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels. Optionally sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper. Stir well.
  4. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the spice blend.
  5. Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between each wing.
  6. Roast the wings for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. While wings are roasting, melt unsalted butter in a small pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  8. Once the wings are roasted, transfer them to a large bowl and toss with garlic butter. Optionally sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve hot with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and your favorite dips.
