- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Pat your chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels. Optionally sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper. Stir well.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the spice blend.
- Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between each wing.
- Roast the wings for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While wings are roasting, melt unsalted butter in a small pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Once the wings are roasted, transfer them to a large bowl and toss with garlic butter. Optionally sprinkle with fresh parsley.
