Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low to medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter until bubbly, then add 3 cloves of minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Cook the mixture for another 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually pour in 1 cup of heavy cream while stirring continuously. Allow the cream to heat for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens gently.
- Slowly add 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese to your simmering sauce. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted.
- If the sauce appears too thin, let it simmer gently for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat. Toss it with your favorite pasta, grilled chicken, or sautéed vegetables. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
