Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan over low to medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter until bubbly, then add 3 cloves of minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden.
  2. Stir in 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Cook the mixture for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually pour in 1 cup of heavy cream while stirring continuously. Allow the cream to heat for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens gently.
  4. Slowly add 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese to your simmering sauce. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted.
  5. If the sauce appears too thin, let it simmer gently for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
