  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Zucchini finely grated and well-drained
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Morsels reserve half for topping

Baking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.

  5. Fold in grated zucchini and half of the butterscotch morsels. Let rest for 5 minutes if mixture appears dry.
  6. Pour batter into the pan, spread evenly, and sprinkle remaining morsels on top.
  7. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
