Fold in the butterscotch chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of each cookie dough ball.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown but the centers are still soft.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
