Method
 

Cookie Preparation

Chilling Dough
  1. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) during the chilling.
Baking Cookies
  1. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto ungreased baking sheets.

Making Cream Filling
