  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together unsweetened applesauce, softened cream cheese, and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry mixture and mix until everything is well combined and slightly sticky.
  5. Gently fold in thawed frozen blueberries without crushing them.
  6. Gradually add milk until the mixture is moldable yet not too wet.
  7. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray, ensuring they do not touch.
  8. In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, a splash of milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add powdered sugar if desired for sweetness.
  9. Cover tray with plastic wrap and refrigerate formed bites for at least 30 minutes.
  10. After chilling, drizzle cream cheese glaze over bites and top each with a fresh blueberry.
