Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 avocado peeled and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled bacon.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Drizzle the avocado dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes for a cooler dish.
