Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Biscoff cookie spread, flour, and egg.
Stir until a dough forms.
Use a tablespoon to scoop out portions of dough and roll them into balls.
Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
