Step-by-Step Instructions for Big Mac Wraps
  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, relish, mustard, and vinegar to create the special sauce. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook for 7–10 minutes until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then drain any excess grease.
  3. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10–15 seconds or in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Lay one warm tortilla flat and layer cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, chopped pickles, and shredded cheese. Drizzle the special sauce on top.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll tightly to create a wrap. Toast in a skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then cut each wrap in half and serve with extra special sauce on the side.
