Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pickles chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Method

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to combine flavors.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
  4. Spread 2 tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing on each tortilla.
  5. Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese among the tortillas.
  6. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
  7. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil and chill for up to 2 hours before serving for a cold option.
