  2. Once ready, remove from heat and let the compote cool slightly while you prepare the sandwich.
  3. Take two slices of your favorite artisanal bread and spread a generous layer of brie cheese on one slice.
  4. Next, spoon the balsamic blackberry compote over the brie, allowing the sweetness to meld with the creaminess. Carefully place the second slice of bread on top.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter, letting it melt and coat the bottom evenly.
