Cooking Steps

  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry, drizzle with remaining olive oil or melted butter, and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Arrange the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish and spoon the Boursin mixture over each fillet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from oven, let rest for 2 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
