Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and brush each half with olive oil.
 - Assemble each variant of the baguette pizza as described in the steps below.
 
Buffalo Chicken Pizza
- Layer shredded rotisserie chicken, buffalo-style hot sauce, mozzarella, blue cheese, and scallions on the baguette halves.
 
Caramelized Shallots & Goat Cheese Pizza
- Sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil until golden, spread ricotta on the baguette, and top with the shallot mixture, mozzarella, goat cheese, and thyme.
 
Pepperoni 2.0 Pizza
- Spread drained tomatoes on baguette halves, add anchovies, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
 
Baking
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
 - Let cool slightly, drizzle honey on the Caramelized Shallots & Goat Cheese version, and slice to serve warm.
