Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. Combine the peeled and diced apples with brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Toss and set aside.
  3. Whisk together granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon in a large bowl.
  4. Cut each biscuit into four pieces and toss them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Layer a third of the apple mixture followed by a third of the coated biscuit pieces in the bundt pan, repeating twice more.
  6. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and mix in brown sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the sauce over the layered biscuits and apples.
