Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a round cake pan with parchment paper.

  3. Gradually add almond flour, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, salt, and baking soda to the wet mixture, folding until a thick batter forms.
  4. Pour the batter into the lined cake pan, smoothing the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. While the cake is baking, combine honey, water, lemon juice, and a pinch of cinnamon in a saucepan and heat until honey dissolves.
