Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk canned for creaminess
  • 1/4 cup sugar or honey adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, sugar or honey, lime juice, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Once blended, pour the mixture into a bowl or a piping bag.
  5. If you prefer a firmer texture, place the mixture in the freezer for about 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve immediately in bowls or cones, or pipe it into a swirl for a fun presentation.
