Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sprite or 7-Up
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree fresh or frozen strawberries blended
  • 1 ounce vodka optional
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Fresh strawberries and lime wedges for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries and blend until smooth to make the strawberry puree. If using frozen strawberries, let them thaw slightly before blending.
  2. In a large glass or cocktail shaker, combine the Sprite or 7-Up, strawberry puree, vodka (if using), and lime juice. Stir gently to mix.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice.
  4. Garnish with fresh strawberries and a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
