Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, coconut water, honey, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the pulp, if desired.
  3. Add the sparkling water to the pitcher and gently stir to combine.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the strawberry coconut mixture over the ice.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
