Steps to Make Fudge
- Prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan by lining it with foil or parchment paper and lightly greasing it.
- In a double boiler, melt together the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and hot chocolate mix over medium heat, stirring continuously.
- Once melted, remove from heat and fold in marshmallows, mixing gently until well combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract until evenly distributed and the mixture is glossy.
- Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and optionally drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
