Steps to Make Fudge
  1. Prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan by lining it with foil or parchment paper and lightly greasing it.
  2. In a double boiler, melt together the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and hot chocolate mix over medium heat, stirring continuously.
  3. Once melted, remove from heat and fold in marshmallows, mixing gently until well combined.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract until evenly distributed and the mixture is glossy.
  5. Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and optionally drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
