Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of full-fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of powdered peanut butter, 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter, and 1/4 cup of maple syrup. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone molds, packing it down gently. Place in the freezer and allow to set for about 1 hour.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of dark chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove the yogurt bites from the molds and dip each into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Return the coated bites to the freezer for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
- Transfer bites to an airtight container once chocolate has hardened. Store in the freezer for guilt-free snacking.
