Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites with Chocolate Chips are a delightful frozen treat you'll love!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small bite-sized mounds.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until the bites are solid.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, try using almond butter instead of peanut butter.
