Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and hot sauce. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
  2. Add the ranch dressing to the chicken mixture and mix until combined.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
  5. Top the chicken with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
  6. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  7. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes for a chilled option.
