Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the Persian cucumbers thoroughly, then julienne them into thin strips. Sprinkle with sea salt and let them sit in a strainer for 5-10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
  2. Hand-shred the imitation crab meat into smaller, bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, rice vinegar, garlic powder, sugar, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cucumbers, crab meat, and dressing until well coated.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and fresh herbs. Serve chilled.
