- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water and seal tightly.
- In a deep pan, pour enough oil for frying and heat to 350°F (175°C). Check temperature with a small piece of wonton.
- Lower the assembled bombs into the oil in batches and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
